Why isn't my trip being recorded?

Ensure location permissions are set to "Always" and the app has background app refresh enabled. Check that you're driving above the minimum speed threshold (usually 5-10 mph).

How does the AI camera detection work?

Our AI analyzes your camera feed in real-time to detect vehicles, pedestrians, traffic signs, and potential hazards. All processing happens on your device - no images are transmitted or stored.

Can I use the app without sharing my location?

Location access is required for core trip tracking features. You can control location sharing with friends independently in the privacy settings.

How is my driving score calculated?

Your score considers factors like smooth acceleration/braking, speed consistency, turn handling, and adherence to speed limits. The AI provides personalized feedback to help improve.

Does the app drain my battery?

We've optimized background processing to minimize battery usage. The app intelligently manages GPS and camera usage to balance functionality with battery life.

How do I export my trip data?

Go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Data. You can download your trip history, driving analytics, and achievement data.
